Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase of any physical product or electronic product, we will be happy to accept a return for up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund.

Consulting services, workshops, services performed, custom software applications we build for you, mentoring and coaching are non-refundable (due to the nature of the work performed) unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement between you and Fast Customers, LLC. Projects involving software, software integrations, Software as a Service (SaaS), software consulting, website design, and technology integration projects are subject to Project Terms and Conditions.

Electronic products will be refunded up to 30 days after date of purchase.  Physical products must be in the condition you received them and include the original packing slip. We highly recommend you return the product using a tracking number. All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD) and no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates will be made.

To Get a Refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you would like a refund, please contact us at Fast Customers LLC (Mobile Home Park Classroom is owned by Fast Customers LLC) within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund.

It may take us a number of days to process the refund, but we will process it as quickly as the possible and we appreciate your patience.
